Cancelation and refund policy

ALL cancelations within 24 hours of class will not be refunded.
All cancelations prior to 24 hours of class will receive a maximum of 85% refund.
Students who fail to appear to class on time - within 10 minutes of the start of class - will forfeit payment - no exceptions.
Students who show up to class on time but are not prepared will be removed from class and moved to another class within 30 days. Students who fail to show up to class prepared a second time will forfeit payment.
Students who need to reschedule must notify their instructor within 8 hours of class.
Students who need to reschedule and do not notify their instructor within 8 hours of class will pay a $45 reschedule fee.
Students who need to reschedule and fail to notify their instructor prior to the start of class will forfeit payment.
Students who have technical issues outside of PEC CLASS's control will not be refunded. This includes but is not limited to, issues with their computer, tablet, phone, camera, microphone, zoom account, PEC Learn account, internet, power, etc.
